Ordering / Shipping Information

U.S. CUSTOMERS: All orders ship from our warehouse within 48 business hours from the time of your order, unless otherwise noted on the items page. Shipping is a flat $6.00 for any size order... Orders of $100.00 or more receive free shipping. Priority Mail Shipping option is also available at checkout.

NON - U.S. CUSTOMERS: Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout based upon total package weight.  You can choose to have CD titles (when applicable) shipped with or without jewel cases directly from the items order page. This is beneficial when the weight exceeds 8oz (typically 3-4).  You may also contact us if you wish to place an order of four items or more to see if we can get you a better shipping rate.

INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS: Our label releases are available from the following: Underground Power Records (Germany), Ripping Storm Records (Italy), Selfmadegod Records (Poland), Rock StakkRecords (Japan), S.A. Music (Japan), Soundmass (Australia), Nordic Mission (Norway), CDN Records (Canada), Mexican Steel Records (Mexico), Memento Mori (Spain), Awakening Records (China), Thrashing Cult Records (China), Canometal Records (Chile).

If your preferred partner does not have a particular title in stock, please ask them about getting it for you.

PAYMENT: All major credit cards are accepted.  Other forms of payment accepted include: Apple Pay, Elo, Facebook Pay, Google Pay, JCB, PayPal, Shop Pay and Venmo.

PRE-ORDERS: If your order contains pre-orders your entire order will be held until all items are ready to be shipped.

OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS: Check back or contact us for an estimated ETA. We've set up the store ordering system to NOT ALLOW out-of-stock items to be sold. If you can order it, it will be shipped as per our above policy.
